When the Rafale was designed VLO was not on the table and they had no concept of designing stealth into the Rafale. One of the reasons its obsolete.
So you believe its smarter to buy the Rafale,, perhaps marginally better the F16 for 240 million at up to 3.5 percent a year for inflation.

Comparing Rafale to 47 year old helicopter technology seems about right.
Evidently Spectra is scam that Dassault pushing which uses some old technology called active cancellation.
Active cancellation doesn't work, it is the same kind of BS as plasma stealth, which sound very cool in theory but with basic physics...
