Jammu is very cold for liking. Even in summers it gets very cold in the morning.

In peak summer it's pretty hot even in the morning . Today it was around 27-28 at 8 am . Till now April has been rather pleasant .

I visited jammu in june 2015 on my trip to Vaishno Devi, stayed there for two days as the direct train to katra wasn't functional then it was cold in the morning. If I remember correctly you were to go to Himachal Pradesh for bank PO ki tyari....:-P
