We don't want access to the single market. But the EU is yet to understand that they can't have access to our money, acting like the stereotypical B***h in a divorce.

During a divorce, as far as you signed before to buy a house, you keep paying until credit ended don't you?

Show us where we signed. The EU has already been challenged to provide legal justification for their bill and they can't.

    http://metro.co.uk/2017/05/07/even-...ill-is-legally-impossible-to-enforce-6621018/

European Commission lawyers have reportedly admitted that the €100billion Brexit bill is ‘legally impossible’ to enforce.

According to the Sunday Telegraph, minutes of internal meetings of Brussels’s Brexit negotiating team reveal that lawyers had warned against pursuing the UK for extra payments.

Furthermore, in a divorce both parties pay for the house. In the EU, only 9 of 28 members pay. So they will find it very hard to explain to a court why they think Britain owes extra money to fund the EU, rather than say Latvia, Belgian, Spain, Luxembourg, Portugal, Estonia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Lithuania, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Ireland or Croatia having to receive less. It's a dead argument and the EU knows it.

It's also more the case that the house is already paid for and exists as £150bn worth of EU assets that the EU technically owes us a share of. The EU are thieving gypsy bastards.

'We've got them on the ropes!' Why EU will NEVER get its £90bn Brexit divorce bill
BRITAIN is winning the Brexit negotiations and personal attacks by Brussels simply prove the EU “doesn’t like it up them”, say Government insiders.

European Commission president Mr Juncker last week launched an extraordinary attack on Mr Davis, suggesting he was “lazy” and “unstable”.

That's rich coming from a drunk.

It won't. The government is too concerned about re-election to give it but EU elections are generally apathetic to performance with low turnout and the next one is 2018. So they'll happily back-down after that, no reason not too. Whereas, if our representatives back down, we'll fire them.

How do you know? Were you there? EU politicians are accountable to no one, ours are and they will not get away with giving that money. That's what will decide it. The EU has also failed to give a legal basis for asking for that money. They say refer to document A, but document A does not state the legal basis, it's just a decomposition of the figure.
