Thats what the writer has pointed out..people in India choose to vote by their likings not by whats good for the country.

I don't attack individual politicians, because politicians won't be there if people didn't vote for them. Please read my wall of text.

i remember laloo prasad yadav saying the same thing when he was CM of bihar.. ''there is no connection between government & development''. Thank god.. people of bihar & nitish kumar proved to him how absurd & pathetic he & views of his kind were!!

I agree 100%. Only 1st 3. BG is one of the most sensible member of IDF or even an Indian on PDF.

It's only difference of opinion. I even said to him yesterday that his views/opinions are mostly Good and intellectual but different than mine.

So have we reached a conclusion as yet, somehow i seem to agree that one way or the other we are biased no matter how many justification we put forth, even in my case when one of our neighbours contested Panchayat elections I voted for him though he did not even have any political background but only since he is a neighbour and all the residents of our lane thought that if he gets elected as the Sarpanch we can have some development in our locality! Luckily (or unluckily) he didn't win!
