Why they need to work when They can lease their whole country like they did with airports, radios and even seaports to repay their debts.

They are under modern East India company named as CPEC.

Pakistan is now a Chinese puppet.

Military corporate lobbying is not an unknown practice, its been done even within the US, between companies designing military equipment. So IAF/IA turning their backs on the Tejas and Arjun by citing deficient performance doesnt indicate the larger picture. What pak should be worried about is selling itself to china, soon pathans and pashtuns and all the ethnic groups will have smaller eyes and genitalia.

Instead of bashing @Zarvan with "whadaboutery" of Pakistan's defense forces, it is with utmost dismay that both projects LCA and Arjun are indeed failures when it comes to it's induction, their service rates and even indigenous subsystems. Irrespective of some independent features of what we might want to tout as superior performance both systems are sub par as far as I am concerned and I can go into details if anyone wishes. As far as lessons learnt, given that I know that there have been very few structural changes, I do fear that the same fate awaits, AMCA, FMBT(if the plan still exists) and FICV.

Off topic: If the second largest population in the world that is supposed to be an economic giant wants to compare it's defense system with Pakistan, there are some serious concerns about standards of our own narrative.
