ATK (NYSE: ATK) has been awarded a $102,426,881 contract to convert 120 anti-radiation missiles into all-up-rounds and captive air training missiles for the U.S. Navy and both Italy and Australia under foreign military sales agreements.

The U.S. is acquiring 97 converted missiles, Italy is purchasing 15 and Australia will receive eight weapons under the firm-fixed-price contract for lot two of the full rate production program, the Defense Department said Wednesday.

Seventy-eight percent of purchases are for the Navy, with 13 percent for Italy and the remaining nine percent for Australia.

ATK will work to convert the AGM-88B high-speed anti-radiation missiles into the AGM-88E all-up-rounds and captive air training missile configuration.

Ninety percent of work will occur in Northridge, Calif. and the rest in Ridgecrest, Calif. and Italy.
