NOIDA yet to be developed fully. Though it has international circut and many other buildings also house many international maufacturing and IT Companies. I am living in this city, but still count it less than Gurgoan. But surely in next 5 years you can have her in your list.

You should require some basic education if you don't understand these figures. These are our historic wealth and teachings of Buddha.

It is the finniest city still now, a lot of greenry in comparision to delhi. Bigger Roads, best means of transportation, no slum, high birth rate, good education rate, good itinary, Malls. Just check for Great India Palace, I visited this mall thousands of time, but still not still not seen her fully. But something is missing, that I am not sure of.

If you can put some other city and exclude Karachi and Dhaka, then it will be best survey for south asian cities. You can add Hyderabad, Banglore, Chandigarh, Ahemdabad in palce of these two cities.

First congrats for your 5000th post.

Secondly, I'm in romance with this city. That is why I am still here, I love this planned city more than Delhi & Gurgoan. Indeed one day it will be on world map as a Major city and will surpass Delhi too in size and infrastructure.

First confim your source information mate. Here is one for you to justify my statement.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chandigarh

Below are some quotes from Wikipedia.

"The city of Chandigarh was the first planned city in India and is known internationally for its architecture and urban design.[4] The city has projects designed by architects such as Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, Matthew Nowicki, and Albert Mayer. The city tops the list of Indian States and Union Territories with the highest per capita income in the country at Rs.99,262 at current prices and Rs.70,361 at constant prices (2006–2007).[5] The city was reported in 2010 to be the "cleanest" in India, based on a national government study,[6] and the territory also headed the list of Indian states and territories according to research conducted using 2005 data by Human Development Index.[7]"
