So are we talking about Brite Cloud active EM decoy and passive MAWS here? Also, if the program runs only 2 years, will it be part of P3E and not as expected earlier P4E around 2021?

The development of P3E is aimed at the end of 2018, but only Kuwait is meant to get their fighters by then. The RAF plans with P3E by early 2019, to phase out further Tornados.

P3E is 2018 for RAF. Kuwaiti Typhoons are 2019.

Nope, they finished integrating something French pilots wish to have.

Ther is strictly zero interest on brimstone from the French pilots now.
All that the Brimstone allows, the AASM also allows, and often under better conditions.

Looooool, you quote an article, that shows that Rafale are primarily uses GBU12 and that French pilots wait for a new low collateral damage weapon. Wonder why you left those parts out?

No I quote an article where a pilot says he drops an SBU 38 wich is an AASM kit and the result was "no apparent collateral damage" the explanation then comes: the kit was fitted on a BLU 126 which is a US bomb with a light explosive charge for low collateral dammage and it is also said that a French version of this bomb is on trial.

But why use an SBU-38 when a GBU-12 is so much cheaper?

Why did you need range against an AK-47-equipped Camel?
