One of the more popular Russian sayings is "Rabota ne volk, v les ne ubezhit," which translates literally as, "The work is not a wolf; it's not going to run off to the forest." The English equivalent would be, "The work isn't going anywhere - it can wait."

This not a joke but should be.......

May 1, 2011: India is seeking new sources of spare parts for its vast array of Russian military equipment. Any reputable supplier can bid, as long as they aren't Russian. This new policy is the latest example of the growing rift between the Indian military and their chief supplier of military gear for over half a century. While India has been generally satisfied with the cheap, but rugged and effective Russian weapons, there has been less satisfaction with the quality and timely delivery of spare parts. India also accuses Russia of jacking up prices after deals had been made. Decades of complaints from India have not changed the situation much.
India has tried manufacturing its own spare parts, but that has not worked out well, despite the fact that India manufactures many Russian systems under license. But some types of parts require manufacturing skills that India has not achieved yet. This became public eight years ago when India sought reasons why so many of their Russian warplanes were crashing. India lost 250 MiG-21s to accidents between 1991 and 2003. When consulted, Russia pointed out that India had insisted on manufacturing many of the spare parts needed to keep MiG-21s operational, and many of these parts were not manufactured to Russian specifications. While Russia does not have a reputation for making the highest quality equipment, their standards are often higher than India's. It's no secret that much of the military equipment made in India is pretty shabby by world standards.

But India has cash, and has no qualms about getting quality spares from any source that can deliver them. There are, in fact, firms in many nations (Israel, China, several in Eastern Europe) that produce, or can produce, these spare parts. India is seeking such suppliers, and will probably get all the quality, affordable, spares it needs. As a bonus, the Russians will be highly pissed off.

@AA your frustration as to U.S. is not getting defense deals is visible as to india moving away from russia is fine as long as they donot move to U.S. with most of even all the india defense i rather give it to europeans not to Americans at no cost.

The anti-russian agenda that you guys have the reason is the rockefellars and rothchilds who got kicked out of russia who control your american brains as to russians are evil they are this and that and you have no clue there is not much difference between you and the russians except they fell in 1992 when they gave corporates a middle finger however your politicians were gutless who couldn't stand against them and their greed which led you guys are on road to disaster and russians on road to recovery.

You manipulated and setted up dictators in middle east they made friends in asia in china and india

August 31, 2012: Largely because of large sales to oil-rich Arab states in the Persian Gulf, arms exports hit a record $71.5 billion last year. The year before (2010) the total was only $32.7 billion. In 2011 84 percent of those exports went to developing nations (mainly in the Middle East) while for period 2004-11 the percentage was only 69 percent. Developing nations can produce most of their own weapons, but often do not because it's cheaper to buy them overseas. .
For the last four years the United States supplied 54.5 percent of those exports. The next largest supplier was Russia, with 15 percent. Last year, the U.S. accounted for 79 percent, mainly because most of the sales to the Arab oil-states were American

    Another copy - paste?
Why cant you stick to topic? F-35 , T-50 and J-20, this just reminds me about the assumed lower IQ of average americans.

I think I have to request the Mods at IDF to give you some "concession" and to allow you to stray away from the topic as and when you want, after all, we really cannot help you about the IQ in other way except to make an exception out of your case.

I am sure the odds of a enemy solder defeating an american soldier goes way up if they get in a knife fight. In todays warfare theres even less chance an F22 an especially an F35 are going to go head to head or dog fights. Thats in the real world. Another thing in the real world is an enemy you cant hear can not be seen and can not be found is very hard to kill. Real IQ is what is important not what people assume. Do you really really want to go there.
