I dont think that United States Adm will give anything without keeping the national interest because of the lifes of US Military personnels matters the most and to keep up the International mechanism in United Nations certain countries are completely violating UN Charter. The talk here will be more about the world peace and security in which United States of America will decide along with the Alliance who are fighting along with them shoulder to shoulder unlike those nations who get everything in free in the name of humanity but are the worst human rights violaters. And here Alliance means nations who are not inside NATO too and in reality they are the ones who are fighting at fronts and even feeding worstless nations.

F 16 are still playing the vital role in insuring peace in NATO member states but giving F 16's means maintenance depots, pilot training, fuel and ammunition supplies and here these powerful nation will even ask for software sharing without placing US military protocols and here they think that US Military Generals would even consider them . Certain Ex Warsaw Pact countries think that US and Ukrainian Military doesnt understand who are creating problems for them and United States of America position in UN and UNSC. F 16's main frames and Engine over haulling are being done by Republic of Turkey and even Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. TAI produced 46 F-16s for the Egyptian Air Force between 1993 and 1995 under the agreement signed between the Governments of Turkey, USA and the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Ivanka Trump, advisor to President Donald Trump, leading the US contingent to the eighth edition of the three-day Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES)-2017 will participate in panel discussions on women entrepreneurial leadership and innovations on workforce development and skills training.

However, US authorities have not disclosed whether the daughter of the US president, on her maiden visit to India, will visit places of interest such as Charminar and Golconda fort during her two-day stay here.

"She doesn't have any other specific plans to talk about at this time. I think she is really excited to be in Hyderabad and looking forward to it. She epitomises someone who is not just a woman but a successful entrepreneur," Kenneth I Juster, US Ambassador to India said.

Eminent panellists such as Union Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Chanda Kochhar, MD and CEO ICICI Bank, Karen Quintos, CCO, Dell and Cherie Blair, of the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, will also take part in these discussions along with Ivanka.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be inaugurating the summit with the theme 'Women First, Prosperity for All' at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC). Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will attend and speak at the summit.

He made it clear that the GES is not aimed at garnering investment but to create an ecosystem for entrepreneurship and startups.

About 1,500 entrepreneurs, investors and supporters of entrepreneurship from more than 150 countries of the world are attending the summit.

A royal treat at the world’s largest dining hall awaits a diet-conscious Ivanka Trump, the 36-year-old daughter of US President Donald Trump, at the Taj Falaknuma Palace.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will host a dinner for the White House adviser on Tuesday evening in the iconic 101-chair dining room of the heritage hotel, once the home of the Nizams or rulers of the formerly princely state of Hyderabad.

With 122 years of legendary history, the scorpion-shaped palace’s famed dining hall has 101 identical chairs made of green leather and an intricate ceiling design featuring a selection of royal menus.

A five-course menu inspired by Hyderabad’s famed cuisine is being readied for the guest by the hotel’s team of culinary experts, led by executive chef Sajesh Nair.

The menu will showcase Telangana’s unique cooking styles and present diners with an array of choices. Famed delicacies such as dahi ke kebab, gosht shikampuri kebab, kubani ke malai kofta, murg pista ka salan and sitaphal kulfi will be presented over several courses — Aghaz (soup), Mezban (appetisers), Waqfa (sorbet), Mashgool Dastarkhwan (main course) and Zauq e shahi (dessert).

The dining hall of Falaknuma, meaning mirror of the sky, has been a favourite of Hyderabad’s royals for centuries and continues to be the preferred destination for state banquets and grand celebrations.

The signature menu will give the guests a taste of rare Indian ingredients such as sandalwood, saffron and figs.

The table décor is inspired by the rich cultural heritage of the Deccan region. Rare artefacts and silver decorative pieces are being brought from the Nizam’s private collection at Chowmahalla Palace; while all upholstery used during the dinner was made with locally sourced fabrics such as Ikkat, Teliya and Velvet.

The meal is set to get Ivanka ready for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit, which she will attend in the city.

Her welcome at the palace will be marked by a royal ritual, which begins with a traditional aarti and lighting of a ceremonial lamp to signify infinite prosperity and luck. All dignitaries will be welcomed with local mogra and rose flowers.

Butlers dressed in traditional sherwanis and vibrant headgear will represent India’s ceremonial customs. The elaborate dining set up will be laid out with the palace’s premium collection of glassware and silverware, along with personalised menus for each guest.

A gong will go off to signify the beginning of each course and a personal butler will serve each diner. The 101 servers have trained with experts for the past month and each course was served simultaneously by all of them, in a series of swift and precise movements.

The dinner at Taj Falaknuma Palace, is being organized in partnership with the NITI Aayog, as well as the tourism department and state government as a way to showcase the best that Hyderabad has to offer.

A.P.’s efforts to invite U.S. President’s daughter have failed to bring results

At the much-hyped Global Entrepreneurship Summit, White House adviser Ivanka Trump will be Telangana’s pride and Andhra Pradesh’s envy.

As Telangana readies to host the 2017 edition of the summit on Tuesday, strenuous efforts made by Andhra Pradesh to invite U.S. President Donald Trump’s daughter had failed to bring results.

The U.S. authorities turned down requests made by the Chandrababu Naidu-led Andhra government to have Ms. Trump visit the ‘sunrise’ State, highly-placed sources said.

The Andhra government, as part of its “brand building” efforts, had felt that a visit by Ms. Trump would bolster the State’s image internationally. It also wanted to line up several U.S. companies for investments, the sources said.

The State government had informed the U.S. Consulate that they were ready to organise the event either in Amaravati or Visakhapatnam, and had sought her time.

“But we were told that she would not be attending any other programme, apart from the GES and those in New Delhi. So, we did not get a chance to host her,” a senior official involved in the entire process said.

The Economic Development Board CEO could not be reached for comment.

The Global Entrepreneurship Summit-2017 will be inaugurated by Prime Minster Narendra Modi.

Ms. Trump will lead a delegation from her country at the event.

PM’s Speech at Global Entrepreneurship Summit, 2017

We are happy to host the 2017 Global Entrepreneurship Summit in partnership with the Government of the United States of America.

The Summit is being held in South Asia for the first time. It brings together leading investors, entrepreneurs, academicians, think-tanks and other stakeholders to propel the global entrepreneurship ecosystem.

This event not only connects the Silicon Valley with Hyderabad but also show-cases the close ties between the United States of America and India. It underlines our shared commitment towards encouraging entrepreneurship and innovation.

The topics picked for this year’s summit include healthcare and life sciences; digital economy and financial technology; energy and infrastructure; and media and entertainment. These are all important issues, relevant to the well-being and prosperity of mankind.

The theme “Women First, Prosperity for All” makes this edition of GES stand out. In Indian mythology, woman is an incarnation of Shakti - the Goddess of power. We believe women empowerment is vital to our development.

Our history has references to women of remarkable talent and determination. Gargi, an ancient philosopher, around the seventh century BC, challenged a male sage to a philosophical discourse - something unheard of in those times. Our warrior queens like Rani Ahilyabai Holkar and Rani Lakshmibai fought bravely to defend their kingdoms. Our freedom struggle too is replete with such inspirational instances.

Indian women continue to lead in different walks of life. Our space programmes, including the Mars Orbiter Mission, have had immense contribution from our women scientists. Kalpana Chawla and Sunita Williams, both of Indian origin, have been part of US space missions.

Three out of four oldest High Courts in India are now headed by women judges. Our sportswomen have done the country proud. This very city of Hyderabad is home to Saina Nehwal, PV Sindhu, and Sania Mirza, who have brought laurels to India.

In India, we have provided for not less than one third of women representation in rural and urban local bodies, ensuring women’s participation in grass-root level decision-making.

More than sixty percent of workers in our agriculture and allied sectors are women. Our milk co-operatives in Gujarat and the Shri Mahila Griha Udyog Lijjat Papad, are examples of highly successful and globally acclaimed women-led co-operative movements.

    Friends

Here at the GES, more than 50 percent of the delegates are women. Over the next two days, you will meet many women who have dared to be different, in their own walks of life. They now inspire a new generation of women entrepreneurs. I hope the deliberations in the summit would focus on how women entrepreneurship can be further supported.

    Ladies and Gentlemen.

India has been an incubator for innovations and entrepreneurship over the ages. The ancient Indian treatise, Charaka Samhita, introduced the world to Ayurveda. Yoga is another ancient Indian innovation. The entire world now comes together, to celebrate Yoga Day on 21st June every year. Many entrepreneurs are involved in promoting Yoga, spirituality, and traditional Ayurvedic products.

The digital world we live in today is based on the binary system. The invention of zero, foundation of this binary system happened with Aryabhatta’s work in India. Similarly, many nuances of modern day economic policy, taxation system, and public finance policies are outlined in our ancient treatise Arthashastra by Kautilya.

Ancient India’s expertise in metallurgy is also well known. Our many ports and harbours and the world’s oldest dockyard at Lothal bear evidence to vibrant trade linkages. The tales of Indian voyagers travelling to foreign lands reflect the entrepreneurial character and spirit of our forefathers.
What are the core qualities that distinguish an entrepreneur?

An entrepreneur uses knowledge and skills to fulfil a motive. Entrepreneurs see opportunity in adversity. They try to meet felt needs by making processes more convenient and comfortable for the end user. They are patient and determined. Swami Vivekananda had said Each work has to pass through three stages – ridicule, opposition, and then acceptance. Those who think ahead of their time are sure to be misunderstood. Most entrepreneurs would be familiar with this.
The power to think differently and ahead of the times for the betterment of mankind is what sets entrepreneurs apart. I see that power in India's young generation today. I see 800 million potential entrepreneurs who can work towards making the world a better place.

The number of smartphone users in India is projected to grow to over 500 million by 2018. This offers immense potential for the growth of any venture, in terms of outreach and job creation.

Our Start-Up India programme is a comprehensive action plan to foster entrepreneurship and promote innovation. It aims to minimize the regulatory burden and provide support to startups. Over 1200 redundant laws have been scrapped, 87 rules for FDI have been eased in 21 sectors, and several government processes have been taken online.

Our government has taken several steps to improve the business environment. The jump in India’s ranking in the World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business Report, from 142 to 100, in three years, is a result of this.

We have improved on indicators like dealing with construction permits, getting credit, protecting minority investors, paying taxes, enforcing contracts and resolving insolvency.

The process is not yet complete. This is an area where we are not satisfied with 100th rank. We would strive towards 50th rank.

We have launched the MUDRA scheme to provide easy finance of upto one million rupees to entrepreneurs. Since its launch in 2015, over 90 million loans worth 4.28 trillion rupees have been sanctioned. Of these, more than 70 million loans have been sanctioned to women entrepreneurs.

My government has launched the “Atal Innovation Mission”. We are opening Tinkering Labs in more than 900 schools to promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among children. Our “Mentor India” initiative engages leaders to guide and mentor students through these tinkering labs. In addition, 19 incubation centers have been created in various universities and research institutions. These will nurture innovative start-up businesses to become scalable and sustainable.

We have created Aadhaar - the world’s largest biometric based digital database. This currently covers over 1.15 billion people and digitally authenticates over 40 million transactions daily. We now digitally provide monetary benefits of various government schemes to the beneficiaries through Direct Benefit Transfer using Aadhaar.

Almost 300 million bank accounts with deposits of over 685 billion rupees, or over 10 billion dollars, have been opened through the Jan Dhan Yojana. These bring previously un-banked sections of society into the formal financial system. Of these, 53 per cent accounts are of women.

We are steadily working towards a less cash economy and have launched a Unified Payment Interface App called BHIM. In less than a year, this platform is processing almost 280 thousand transactions daily.

Having almost completed our programme to connect all villages with electricity, we have launched the Saubhagya scheme. This will provide electricity connections to all families by December 2018.

We have launched a programme to provide high-speed broad-band internet to all rural areas by March 2019.

Under our clean energy programme, in just 3 years, we have doubled the renewables capacity from 30 thousand Megawatts to about 60 thousand Megawatts. Solar energy generation has increased over 80 percent in the last year. We are working on developing a national gas grid. A comprehensive national energy policy is also in the pipeline.

Our Swachh Bharat Mission to improve sanitation and cleanliness, and the rural and urban housing missions underline our commitment towards dignity of life.
Our infrastructure and connectivity programmes like Sagarmala and Bharatmala offer entrepreneurs many business opportunities for investment.

Our recent World Food India initiative helped us engage with entrepreneurs in the food processing industry and agricultural waste sectors.

My government understands that an environment of transparent policies and a rule of law providing a level-playing field are necessary for entrepreneurship to flourish.

A historic overhaul of the taxation system has been recently undertaken, bringing in the Goods and Services Tax across the country. Our Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code introduced in 2016 is a step towards ensuring timely resolution for stressed ventures. We have recently improved this further, preventing wilful defaulters from bidding for stressed assets.

Tough measures have been adopted to tackle the parallel economy, check tax evasion and control black money.

Our efforts have been recognized by Moody’s recent upgrade of India’s government bond ratings. This upgrade comes after a gap of almost 14 years.
India has improved its rank from 54 in 2014 to 35 in 2016 on the World Bank’s Logistics Performance Index. This signifies the relative ease and efficiency with which products can be moved into and from a country.

An investment-friendly environment needs to be stable from the macro-economic perspective. We have succeeded in containing the fiscal and current account deficits, and curbing inflation. Our foreign exchange reserves have crossed 400 billion dollars, and we continue to attract large foreign capital flows.

To my young entrepreneur friends from India, I would like to say: each of you has something valuable to contribute towards creating a New India by 2022. You are vehicles of change and instruments of India’s transformation.

To my entrepreneur friends from across the globe, I would like to say: Come, Make in India, Invest in India - for India, and for the world. I invite each one of you to become a partner in India’s growth story. And once again assure you of our whole-hearted support.

I am informed that President Trump has declared November 2017 as National Entrepreneurship Month. America has also observed National Entrepreneurs’ Day on November 21st. This summit will certainly resonate with those themes. Let me conclude by wishing you fruitful, engaging and rewarding deliberations at this summit.

    Thank you.

“Come, Make in India, Invest in India, for India and for the world,” Mr. Modi said.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said his government understood that an environment of transparent policies and the rule of law providing a level playing field were necessary for entrepreneurship to flourish.

Inaugurating the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) here, in the presence of U.S. President’s Adviser Ivanka Trump, a couple of Union Ministers and Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, Mr. Modi called upon entrepreneurs from across the globe to “come, make in India, invest in India, for India and for the world.”

“I invite each one of you to become a partner in India’s growth story... assure you of wholehearted support,” he told the gathering of participants from nearly 150 countries, a good chunk from India and the U.S. Describing young entrepreneurs from India as vehicles of change and instruments of the country’s transformation, he said each of them had something valuable to contribute towards creating a new India by 2022.

Seeking to make the most of the forum that GES presented to highlight measures initiated by the government to improve business environment, towards better investor-friendly climate as well as to curb the parallel economy, tax evasion and black money, the Prime Minister said the efforts had been recognised by Moody’s recent upgrade of India government bond ratings. “This upgrade comes after a gap of almost 14 years,” he said.

The three-day GES, co-hosted by the U.S. and Indian governments, is the first in the annual series to be travelling to South Asia, has ‘Women First, Prosperity for All’ as the theme. More than 50% of the delegates are women.

    Educating women
Ms. Trump underscored the importance of education and technology for women entrepreneurs to make a mark in their chosen field.

Participating in the panel discussion on “Be the change: women’s entrepreneurial leadership”, she said technology was disrupting every sphere of life. It was important to train women in digital literacy, computer science and give them access to skill training.

Defence Minister Nirmala Sitaraman, elaborating the priority being given to encourage start-ups and women entrepreneurs, said that push should come from women themselves. Women’s skills were underestimated by women.

The environment in the country was conducive to promote women entrepreneurship.

Ivanka Trump applauds Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his firm belief that the progress of humanity is incomplete without the empowerment of women.

Ivanka Trump, U.S. President Donald Trump’s daughter and adviser to the White House, on Tuesday said Indian economy can grow by over $150 billion in the next three years if it was able to close the labour force gender gap by half.

In her keynote address at the 8th annual Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES), she showered lavish praise on Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is “doing to build India as a thriving economy — a beacon of democracy — and a symbol of hope to the world. What you are achieving is truly extraordinary.”

“What you are achieving is truly extraordinary... from your childhood selling tea to election as India’s Prime Minister,” she said.

“Through your own enterprise, entrepreneurship and hard work, the people of India have lifted more than 130 million citizens out of poverty — a remarkable improvement, and one I know will continue to grow under the leadership of Prime Minister,” Ms. Ivanka said further.

“Here in India, I want to applaud Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his firm belief that ‘the progress of humanity is incomplete without the empowerment of women’,” she stressed.

India, she said, is one of the fastest growing economies in the world and has a true friend in the White House.

US President Donald Trump kept an eye on the Global Entrepreneurship Summit from the White House, retweeting posts by his daughter and adviser Ivanka Trump, who is leading the American delegation.

Using his personal Twitter handle, Trump reposted Ivanka, who wrote: “It was an honor to meet with you Prime Minister Modi. Thank you for co-hosting the 8th annual Global Entrepreneurship Summit! @StateDept”

Ivanka Trump was replying to a tweet by Prime Minister Narendra Modi: “Had a wonderful meeting with @IvankaTrump, advisor to @POTUS and leader of the US delegation at the @GES2017.”

Donald Trump is in the middle of an escalating war of words with news media outlets such as CNN, and is trying to push through an ambitious tax reforms package that is in danger of falling in the senate because of opposition from members of his own Republican party.

There is also a bill to keep the federal government running.

But the GES — co-hosted by India and the US, which he had announced while meeting Modi in Washington in June — was clearly near the top of his to-do list for the day. He earlier retweeted a post by state department spokesperson Heather Nauert, who wrote that the summit “highlights the important role of women #entrepreneurs & demonstrates the importance of #innovation & partnerships in economic growth”.
