They have dug their own grave here Pakistan. Once again their foolish military has got them into a situation where they can neither step forward nor backwards.
The Indo-Pak conflict will further escalate in the region to the point where there military will again do a coup against Nawaz's govt calling him an inadequate and pathetic person to lead Pakistan.

Geneva convention does not inhibit the trial for whatever offence is made out against a foreign national, it is only about ensuring proper justice by allowing the nation, to which the national belongs, to provide him adequate and rightful opportunity for justice. Here Pakistan has clearly violated those principles when it not only denied consular access to Cdr Jadhav but also tried him in a military court.

Is it a clever move by India or a drama being played out for exchange of nationals? Habeeb for Jadhav. ICJ providing the backdrop to give a face saving formula to Pakistan and India.

Value of Yadav for Pak Army is much much greater than the disappeared army personnel.

    This won't happen.

Jadhav has become a problem for Pakistan, they want to get rid of him and the option does not include hanging him. Pls be very clear.

At this point, Jadhav has no value for India or Pakistan, except value of political grandstanding.

Sajjan Jindal meeting was very secretive ,even PA was totally blind about it.
It was perhaps to cool down the heat of Panama leaks ,to stop the unstabilisation of NS.

Spy swaping would be always far away public eyes .Neither PA cant compromise on Yadav nor we can on Habeeb,in fact Habeeb case is a covert ops .We didnt reacted to it until now .

What is the greatest strength of Pak Army ?

The Punjabis of Pakistan believing them.

Go around any forum of Pakistan , the general Pakistani is of an opinion that Yadav will be hanged no matter what , and they are counting on Pakistan Army for it.

And Pak Army can afford anything , but to loose the cushion of religiously motivated sheep who will do anything for the falsehood tattooed in their brains.

Then he will kicked out from here :D .
Varghese was also a hardcore weapon weild Naxalite .Look what happened to him.
Having said that generally unless central agencies involved in here intelligence gathering would be remain as a tough task .
Our state intel is under funded and only have time for tracking Maoists .
Recent IS case is an example .

yes Sir, spy swapping is always far from public eye but in this highly notified case a face saver was needed. ICJ is that face saver. Even USA has not gone against ICJ till date. We kept mum on Habeeb for this very reason. In case Jadhav is released, Habeeb might just be found completely disillusioned on some Nepalese street.
