For Pak ISI-Military complex,H&D(Honour and Dignity) comes first before anything else.ICJ will offer them brownie points on the global platform for adhering to ICJ and hurt our stand of calling Pakistan a terrorist state. Is this what we want?(if one assumes what you said to be true)

    Again .
Please stop taunting me Sirji :D

Agreed .There was this article of the son of the late Salman Taseer that died after an insider attack due to his stand against blasphemy .
He elaborated that clearly. During earlier decades Salman believed that partition was right because Pakistan is developing quickly and Indi was a failure .But after our 91 liberalisation it became a jealousy .

We have a job at hand. let us move one step at a time. An addict will do things again. But what happens if Pakistan does not honour ICJ? What is your take on it?

One of the members had posted a video here of some Pak TV talk show where one of the commentators stated what I did. They know that we don't want them back.

I want them all dead. I want their land which they have decided to sell off to China including their future generations. Let those generations be not born if they are going to be slaves. That will be good for every Pakistani.

What if kulbhushan Jadhav is already dead, which I doubt may be, that's why all this desperation to deny the Counseller excess. And I think, Pakistan hadn't given any medical report of K.J as well. Indian representative did the right thing, that they raised the doubt in ICJ that, Pakistan might declare his hanging prior to declared.

Escalation would mean nothing since India isn't in a mood to go on a war.
All I pray is that this should not happen at the cost of Kulbhushan's life.

    Lol
Yeah. This DP Comes close to my reaction on certain topics and to some users. Lolz

Namaste, Not Handshake As Indian Diplomat Snubs Pak Official At UN Court
There is increasing strain in Indo-Pak ties in the aftermath of the Kulbhushan Jadhav episode and the beheading of two Indian soldiers by the Pakistan Army.

Deepak Mittal (left) greets Pakistan's Syed Faraz Hussain Zaidi in The Hague.

    THE HAGUE:
    HIGHLIGHTS
    1. India, Pak at UN court after 18 years over Jadhav death penalty case
    2. Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav convicted by Pak court for spying
    3. Indo-Pak ties strained post beheading of 2 Indian jawans, Jadhav case

Reflecting the chill in Indo-Pak ties, a curt 'namaskar' was all that a senior Indian diplomat had to offer to an extended hand of a member of the Pakistani delegation at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), hearing the Kulbhushan Jadhav case.

Ahead of the hearing today, Deepak Mittal, who is the head of the Pakistan division in the external affairs ministry and is representing India in the retired Navy officer's case at the ICJ, ignored the handshake gesture by Mohammad Faisal, Pakistan's DG for South Asia and SAARC, and offered a 'namaskar' instead.

Interestingly, Mr Mittal shook hands with some of the Pakistan delegation members, including the Pakistani attorney general, the main lawyer in the case from the Pakistan government.

Last week also, frosty Indo-Pak relations were on full display when Finance Minister Arun Jaitley was on the dais with his Pakistani counterpart at an event in Japan.

There is increasing strain in Indo-Pak ties in the aftermath of the Kulbhushan Jadhav episode and the beheading of two Indian soldiers by the Pakistan Army.

On May 8, India moved the ICJ against the death penalty handed down to Mr Jadhav by a Pakistan military court, alleging violation of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations. On May 9, the highest court in the UN gave Mr Jadhav a lease of life.

India, in its appeal to the ICJ, had asserted that Mr Jadhav was kidnapped from Iran where he was involved in business activities after retiring from the Indian Navy. India has denied that he has any connection with the government.

I am optimistic that the Judgement will be in our Favour, but question is if we are given Councellor excess and in the most extreme case the Military order of Pakistan is rulled out, but still the case will be in the Pakistani Civil court, then what could we do. @Nilgiri @Hellfire
