Economic Times & Hindustan Times Reporters who covered UP Elections for a month (stayed in UP) are calling elections in favour of Alliance. They are quit confident about it. :(

I am thinking of what you have posted earlier that, Sidhu can exit INC and form Govt with Help of SAD/BJP

My personal opinion is, it not impossible as every Politico in Punjab has interwoven relations to others through marriages etc.
But it is also not so easy, specially when Captain is there

    Sheer f*cking madness.

Anything could have been thrown on the PM from those balconies (IEDs, Grenades, petrol bombs, acid etc) and if he had been attacked there was no way of swiftly evacuating the PM given the nature of the route (trapped in by crowds and narrow streets).

Modi still thinks he is a CM/campaigning MP, as the PM of India he is the head of India's Nuclear Command Authority and the elected head of a government representing >1 billion people, he should really appreciate the enourmous responsibility he has to remain unharmed. This is beyond stupidity.

His security (SPG) also failed, they have a legal duty (SPG act 1985) to protect the PM of India at all costs, this was a sh!tshow.

he was a very easy target and if does not care about his security, he might have to pay a heavy price for it.

It's a consistent theme with Modi, he likes to play fast and loose with his personal security, sooner or later his luck will run out.

10s of millions are spent on protecting him annually but he is constantly undermining such efforts, it makes a mockery of the entire thing.

Well you couldn't blame the SPG. Modi only had the permission to travel through Varanasi in a packed convoy. What can the SPG do if the Prime Minister wants to travel in a top down BMW waving at the people passing by. It's not the first time he undermined his own security cover. Remember me asking you if there was any SPG guy in that helicopter he got on with Pakistan's PM Nawaz Sharif in Lahore? He likes to be the people's PM.

Most of the exit polls are giving the BJP most seats in Goa, Uttarakhand and UP. Although no one is getting majority in UP. AAP is either the first or the second largest party in Punjab....Not bad given they only started 3 years ago.:D

I was expecting this post from you since last few days.
Few pics on social media had shown Modi coming out his security cover.
    Not the first time.

I can only hope this man remains safe.

You can imagine the kind of pressure of SPG's had been going through during this kind of rallies.
This was a shit shadow indeed and but this is the unique thing that made this PM different than others .
Having said that ,I think intelligence and SPG's had been swept and clean all those areas before his visit .

Yeah. Abingdonboy is more concerned about Modi's security then the SPG.:D
If Modi is not cautious about his own security cover given that he's on a constant hit list of the Islamists then the SPG really have to work extra hard on his safety....a lot more then MMS.
