Before everyone here who thinks that it is fashionable to be PC these days,
Please remember, the Hindu majority is Pagan, while the muslim society is highly illiterate and impoverished.
Muslims have problems in Britain(fellow Abhrahamic faith) and Sweden(also an Abrahamic faith, and never invaded a Muslim land for throughout its history) ,How the heck are we supposed to believe that(with a few exceptions like APJ and Havildar Abdul Hamid) they are ardent Patriots.
There's a lot our media won't show us,
I'm not an RSS Sanghi, not Islamophobic, but not stupid either.

What a bucketload of trash. You are pretty much dumb if you believe in such c**p. Majority of India (Both Hindu & Muslim at the time) was illiterate during independence. So how can you link literacy with forwardness and patriotism?

I think I did make a reference to Dr Kalam and PVC recipient Abdul Hamid.
I agree that the patriots outnumber the idiots who'd rather have a hand gun, than a cell phone.
And they have yet to recieve justice for Babri and Gujarat.
Do you really think they're content with the way things are going?

And furthermore, I won't blame them for cheering Pakistan, if Pak is playing Australia, they are closer to the pakistani, than they are to the Australians.
But, if RCS's comment about Aligarh university is true.
    Then, we must be careful.

Royan, I beg to differ your POV here. And it’s not just a sports either.

I am one of the most secular person you'd come across in your life. But, just by living in India does not guarantee their loyalty. Not that I am asking for proof of their loyalty. But if the cheer for Pakistan team in a match against India, they are blatantly ridiculing the jawans who had sacrificed their lives in order to protect us from Pakistani adventures in the past. I too cheered for Pakistan against Srilanka. But if and if, they cheer for Pakistan against India, its a sure shot proof of their treachery.

I have encountered this personally in parts of my hometown and it boils my blood to come across such trachorous bigots.

Well colts, you don't give crap about cricket, but the one cheering Pakistan against India sure do. And I am sure you are intelligent enough to appreciate that the issue is not about cricket.

I have first hand experience in such matter and I know the matter is something not to be taken so lightly.
