Today is the death anniversary of Khudiram Bose. He was the youngest and first freedom fighter who was hung by the British.
    Respect

Khudiram Bose Youngest Revolutionary of Bharat

Many of us might not have heard about this young revolutionary. And those who have heard may not remember that on this day 104 years ago he had attained martyrdom.

Imagine a boy packed with revolutionary ideas, devoted to fight against the Britishers at the age of 16 and hanged to death at the age of 19? That was Shaheed Khudiram Bose, who was born on 3rd Dec 1889 and hanged on 11th August 1908.
And it is said that he had Bhagwat Geeta in his hands and he was smiling as he was hanged. The crime he was caught for was killing two British ladies. In fact he alongwith Prafulla Chaki had aimed to assassinate Kingsford , the Calcutta Presidency Magistrate, by planting bombs at Muzaffarpur, but ended up killing the two British ladies alongwith their servant, by mistake.

In Muzaffarpur Jail the Magistrate, who had ordered his execution subsequently remarked that Khudiram "moved to gallow like a defiant lions cub."

I just read your tagline, did you know that the one (Rothschild) who looted India is the one who funds Israel?? The money to buy the lands in Israel came from India. And that Rothschild Zionists are the ones who actually did imperialism in India, not the British?? The British was puppets of Rothschild. Pirate Queen Victoria was a drug addict and was a stooge of Rothschild because he controlled enormous wealth, the gold of India. You're unknowingly supporting the one who's responsible for all our disasters and exploitation.

INA was created by Rash Behari Bose, not Subhas Chandra Bose, even the "Jai Hind" was not coined by him. Subhas Chandra Bose just took over what Rash Behari Bose created. And, thank your stars the Japanese was kicked out by us and INA didn't win. The Japs were planning to depopulate India with biological virus that only worked against ethnic Indians. Read on Dr. Death Shiro Ishii and his Unit 731, and what its aim was about. And also how Indians were tortured in Andaan Nicobar islands by Japanese, forced labour and later became food for the Japanese in Rabaul Islands.

Subhas Chandra Bose should've smelled rat when he was given the uniform and everyone from Hitler was suddenly giving too much iportance for a man out of nowhere with no military background- they wanted Indians for free labour and free soldiers, but didn't believe in India's cause.

Vashishtha Narayan Singh: One forgotten mathematics legend of India

    IndiaTV News Desk [ Updated 12 Jun 2015, 12:47:29 ]

A legendary name when it comes to numbers, Vashishtha Narayan Singh is someone who has dedicated his life and soul to the academia of this country. A Mathematician by profession, Vashishtha is a pool of talent when it comes to numbers and calculations.

Many know him due to his sheer dedication towards the subject but nobody knows about his whereabouts. The inspirational teacher is lost in solitude and paucity today.

The 70-year-old man, suffering from schizophrenia, has worked for NASA once, yet he returned to India so that he could offer his services in the home country.

Born in Bihar, the genius brain studied like any other kid in an average school under Bihar Board yet later on got admission in the prestigious Science College of Patna and then finally went to the University of California, Berkeley.

It was there that he chose Maths as his main subject and then did MSc in the same. After doing his PhD also from Californian University, Vashishtha worked his way to NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) where he worked for around 3 years but to everybody’s amazement, he returned to India, only to join as a lecturer in the reputed IIT’s.

Such was his dedication and willingness to serve the Indian academia, that for 5 years he continued to remain associated with some of the top names of the education industry like IIT Kanpur, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Bombay and Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata however, after sometime he got caught in the grip of a mental ailment – Schizophrenia and underwent treatment in Ranchi for a while.

There on, nothing returned to the genius fallen to illness – neither his wife whom he married 2 years after returning to India, nor his glory.

Darkness guzzled him and he got lost somewhere. In 1988, under the effect of his mental illness he ran away from his home without informing anyone.

It was after 4 years that he was found in a dilapidated state in Siwan area of Bihar in 1992. Since then he is living in anonymity. He has never been recognized by the Government for his appreciable work. It’s time he should get his due recognition, atleast through respect and remembrance.
