    Hi,
It has been over two months now when Indian troops kicked out Chinese from their construction sight.
Since then china has been issued many warnings to India for withdrawal the troops from Doklam. But India is like "shut up China and do something real".
China has also given two weeks ultimatum to India.
And Now two weeks has paased too. But there is no action from China apart from stone pelting at ITBP in Ladakh.

So China is emerging as a loser and India is emerging as a strong power in Asia after Doklam issue.

Now small countries can hope from India to support them in SCS.

    Your views.

But this is not a question of Winter.
I heard a Chinese official saying in media that this is the question of "China's honor".
Showing the muscle was the real bet.

I would def be on guard. I wouldn't underestimate the chicoms. They are snakes who can't bite but can constrict. Update our ballistic/ cruise missiles and put up the all tier ballistic missile defenses. The Chinese are more scared in the SCS rather than at the Indian border. The fall of china means all SCS countries would divide the spoils of war.

After countless warnings China had given India a deadline which was followed by final ultimatum.
The Chinese are not used to see a neighbouring country strongly holding their grounds against China's bullying. They are scared to attack a country as powerful as India and will try every option in the Book to force India to back off.
However, you are right in saying that this now has become a situation where the Chinese might try offensive military maneuvers to save it's honour.
We will be have to be on constant alert against any suspicious Chinese endeavors across the LAC and Macmohan line for the next 6 months.

I do believe that this is definitely going to change outlook of the diplomats around the world and some state policies as well.

The single biggest change in this event was use of "Kinetic force" by India. I hate to take this back to the personalities of the PM since the whole nation can't be defined by it but that better describes this situation. Under previous governments, the indian response was a very limited one that was mostly fought on diplomatic ways and/or a condemnation. Under the present government, the response to all (external or internal) has been abrupt, far-sighted and swift. You can apply this to the internal central government changes to that of foreign policy decisions.

Until recently, Modi's policy was all good at the world center stage. He was cooperative, moving the investments forward and loosening the grip of bureaucracy and giving a popular and good governance. It was all bark and no bite, this gives India that teeth (sharpness) at the world stage. Personally, speaking India is still not ready for full membership of UNSC since its growing and it needs to do that for at least a decade before we become part of the spending club.

As previously said by foreign media and think tanks, India always shows all promise but no delivery. This myth is shattered by current government like in the same way it was done with PM shastri who made the decisive choice to attack pakistan.
