Only NOW central govt does not ignore the NE. Hint: Why only after Modi there is action on 'NE as ASEAN gateway of India'? What happened in the last 70 years?

I cant comment on this till the peace accord is publicized.
    Not really.
Anyone supporting IA is killed, just like they do it in kashmir, 15th august is still a black day for them, convoys are attacked and soldiers killed. From my personal experience, I think, to a NAGA their identity as a naga is primary and Indian citizenship is secondary.

NSCN(IM) is under ceasefire with IA. Also other groups in Indian Nagaland(There is a bigger one in Myanmar). All separatist politics are due to Nehru dynasty who brutally suppressed Nagas all along. Only PM Vajpayee had the insight of what the real issue is. Now Modi is taking it forward. Hint: Nagas were free from rule of British India.
