Apart from the planned visits , more visits to Germany , France , Italy , China , Japan and Korea should be done so as to increase the investments in infrastructure, get more opportunities for Indians to go and work outside and to get multi nationals in these nations to set up manufacturing units in India.

But that's the problem, the visits or his speeches don't get foreign companies to invest in India and create jobs. That's just an invite, but without incentives in India, that makes doing business easier, the companies won't come. That's why FDI in construction and manufacturing sectors doesn't seem to work and since last year FDI as a whole is in decline too, while the uncertainty created by the PM with the demonetisation, didn't helped either.
If you see a good advertisement of a car, you get interested in it, but you only buy it, if the price and the conditions are good too.
