This 1970 picture of the Filmfare Awards is every bit special for the individuals it features. Lata Mangeshkar and Kishore Kumar performed a duet on stage at the Filmfare Awards where they were regulars. Both of them had bagged several black ladies. Lata had received the Filmfare Award in the Best Singer category that year which was handed over to her by Raj Kapoor. Kishore Kumar’s energy makes the picture all the more vibrant.
