RTI to NGT on Cracker Ban

Hello I am trying to put an RTI application requesting information on number of AC used in NGT office, Supreme Court office, annual carbon emission from them, annual electricity units consumed to get an idea about how much carbon are those decision making honorables emitting while slapping ban on common people.

Please let me know if you have relevant question to put in RTI (fact specific only, no opinion on RTI). Also let me know which depart to address as I can find only NGT on RTI website and not SC.

 

It is scientifically proven that in hot and humid countries, wearing ties or wearing cloths which restrict air circulation result in need of ACs to cool down the human body. Use of ACs causes global warming. Will SC & NGT agree to removing the attire of Lawyers and their own to prevent global warming.
Has anyone ever conducted a survey of how blood of animals seeping in to the earth and mixing with normal water of rivers effects the environment? Why do we allow animal sacrifice on Eid and what instructions have ever been passed by SC or NGT for disposal of such animal waste like they did regarding immersion of idols of Goddess made of mud which causes zero pollution.

I'm going to defy Ban on Crackers & Celebrate Diwali. Sharia Court can go to HELL.

We are partially responsible for all this, there practically Zero lawyer or organization in Delhi which can fight stupid decisions. ACs running full day. CFCs released from them causes Ozone layer depletion. Why not get used to fans?


Thousands of tones of solid waste generated per day + industrial hazardous waste. Why not efficient collection & segregation of garbage?

Packaged water & soft drink bottles. They are non-biodegradable and disposing them is a nightmare. And why not plant more trees?


But NO. We want sensation, shortcuts. Selectively ban crackers only on Diwali. If they are so dangerous, completely ban their production.

 

No they're trying to control ALL pollution. open air charcoal toves (tandoor) have been restricted. Though appeals to control paddy stubble have been made to Haryana and Punjab, nether of those states have allowed and control, on the side are making farmers burn even more paddy stubble.

 

Banning crackers on Diwali to solve pollution problem is like fasting for a day to cure obesity.

Why crackers are banned only till 1st November & not on Christmas, New Year Eve?

Why not ban Sacrifice of Animals on Bakra Eid? Pollution nahi hot?

 

You can't chop a tree in Delhi but on Christmas we have millions of trees being chopped all over the world. Does that not add to pollution and global warming. Let us start by banning animal sacrifice, crackers and tree chopping.

no one stopped you from raising a petition to stop animal slaughter on eid. oh...300 people will end up in hospital because of massive smoke rise during Diwali day as millions of crackers go up in one day- I'm ok with it because I'm a bhakt and as everyone says once a bhakt always a moron.
