Hi, I might be in India for vacation soon and besides catching up with family and friends, I am considering some outdoor activities, like paragliding or skydiving. Googled for some locations and rates, but found tandem jumps only at around 30.000 INR. Is skydiving really that costly in India, has anyone tried it and can suggest a location?
What other sports activities, have you tried, or can you suggest?

    Regards, Sancho

After having dinner you should consider a stroll outside for not more then 10 mins. That's the best outdoor exercise I can recommend.

Scuba diving in Pondicherry or Netrani. Andaman if you are loaded with money. Each dive should cost you approx 7k. If you are certified 5500. Andaman the flight cost is a B***h.
White water rafting on the Teesta. Not expensive, do not remember the rates.
If short trip, then you could try Tunganath trek. And is dirt cheap. Though you would need approx 5 days or so for it.
Of if you want to go tiger spotting try Tadoba reserve.

Try these startups. They have good content and services are cheap.
