I am not seeking out hate but the hatred cannot be ignored. The fact that the most negative portrayal of India in media comes from Britain (from the days of colonialism to slumdog millionaire & Delhi rape documentary) & the indophobia among British netizens, which is even worse than the hate emanating from their ignorant redneck brethren from across the Atlantic, simply can't be ignored.

You can visit your own fora or media websites to know what your compatriots think about us. Though I should say I have no idea what you would say on such a fora. I have seen your only British counterpart here- the guy with the ship & oil rig in his avatar- making hate-filled comments against Indians elsewhere.

Well, it's simple really. If you expect solidarity, you should start by showing it, otherwise people like you may simply link these posts if India should be unlucky enough to suffer a similar issue in the near future.

You show remorse by stopping and I also think many decades of aid both directly, and via the EDF, which we fund 25% of, shows some consideration. We do not provide moral support for terrorists and if we're in some way forced, by human rights law, to keep them in our country, that's an unfortunate burden thrust upon us by the courts that we would rather not have believe me. And how you assert that we godfathered Pakistan without also godfathering India, I don't know.
