Coz the forces of capitalist imerialism, jealous of of its growth, are gathering to destroy china. (Never mind china too has grown because of capitalism. CPI, when it comes to power will nationalize banks, coal blocks (we can do that again for good measure), insurance & telecom to get ready for the epic battle of capitalism with communism. etc. so on and so forth....

If USA and China have a problem why should India go to war with China?

As am I. (not to do so much with the topic at hand)

I am quite happy with state run education and healthcare and high tax for the rich, I also like the Scandinavian way of getting things done.
While I agree socialism in it's most pure form wont work well, most folks have been brainwashed into thinking that any form of socialism is evil and improper.

I would like to strike the balance. Corporate capitalism sucks.

Please don't call us lunatics without hearing us out.

    One commie lunatic here.

Chinese economy has indeed grown, but quality of life fell. More like skydived, actually. Smog-choked slums, low standards of living for majority of populace... Asian USA.

Dude seriously- I have lived in absolute socialism for well over 15 years. Neither did the economy grow, nor did the quality of life. If capitalism is an evil, trust me, it's the lesser evil. Coming straight- not from a theoretical point of view but from experience.

I was talking about the other things they left out of the report . Karl Marx Das Capital said Coca Cola more dangerous than government, perpetual class struggle against cola drinkers etc.. Remember, the last time they were in power they brought down the governmnet on the Nuke deal (that no one else seemed to be bothered about)

USSR's "socialism" had nothing to do with socialism; over here, you only had socialism if you were in Communist Party, and membership in party was measure of everything, not how hard you work or how capable you are. In fact, it was most similar to modern-day US' corporatism, except everything was in hands of Party, whereas in corporatism, everything is in hand of corporations and capitalists - other than that little detail, systems are extremely similar.

My "commie lunatic" comment was a jab on fact that, despite all I said in above paragraph, most Americans, and many non-Americans, think that socialism = Communism.

    Well said.

but however going up against the US is out of the question right now. And maybe for the forseeable future.
China is not dependable, we trusted them once and they backstabbed us. They backstabbed even fellow communist
countries like Vietnam & USSR, they might well be the world's greatest backstabbing country ever, a gazillion
times worse than USA in that regard.

China is a threat to world peace and is a sort of a neo-terrorist state.

Most superpowers were terrorist states of kind... USA, USSR, Russian Empire, British Empire, French Empire, Habsburg Empire, China... with great power comes great jerkassery, apparently.

Have been staying in a communist state since birth, these peoples are far from communism. The difference between the rich and poor is ever increasing, not a single trace of social welfare, zero infrastructure development, naxal issue (mainly for constant negligence of tribal, underprivileged class people), no industry and obviously no jobs.

The only way i define communism is, the rich man's b!tch.

YES I agree and if you see most of the leaders of CPI or CPI (M) they move around in posh cars. Luxury cars,
They have a different brand of communism which unfortunately does not really represent people.

With such stupid leadership at its helm. we might soon be at war with any country in the world, if they feel that that country is against communism :p

Technically both American capitalism and Chinese communism is same, except that China does not have the show of election

Terrorist to me are people that deliberately attack civilians. To me those people have no rights at all. There sre other names for countreis that kill their own people or others including civilians such as genocide. If the USA decided to just end their problems with Afganstan and Pakistan by just nukeing those countries into radioactive glass that would be genocide not terrorism. The US is not really a Capitalist country, it has a number of goverment owned business and institutions. Post office comes to mind, medicare. etc. Its best when goverments have a comination of socialism, and capitalism..
