    Thanks for the laugh...

Of course, it never happened in 'Great'Britain even during WW2 even when that nation is a net importer of food.

Of course there were famines in other regions too...

But I'm sure that none of that famines happened due to the governments taking away food for export.

And in probably no case did the governments discourage relief work.

That's what makes famines in British India unique and more closer to genocide.

Of course you being a shameless racist cunt would find nothing wrong with this.

In all the famines which took place under the British Raj, there never was a shortage of food in the country overall .In fact during the worst famines, surplus food grains were being exported from India. Nothing illustrates this point better than the graphs below which show that records amount of rice and wheat were being exported out of India, while millions of Indians were dying of starvation. This begs the question: If taking food from the mouth of a starving man while he dies of hunger is not deliberate murder, then what is?

Catalonia police brutality would be a modern day version. As would rapes and murders committed by refugees/immigrants that the EU welcomed.

British rule got rid of the Thuggee who were also murderers.

    Soldiers march on their stomachs.

India still exports food today despite malnutrition deaths in the millions. Budgets have to be balanced.

Relief work is paid for external entities these days.

It's not me who's repeatedly insulted a nationality on this forum, in several threads. On any other forum, you'd be gone by now.

Probably couldn't. There are lots of other state ran things to keep going to, like the Indians working for the British Army to prevent the various factions killing each other like in Iraq, which they did more of than the British in both cases.

There was a training exercise in 2015.
