Non-muslims may not necessarily want to do HAJ, but may want to visit Haj during Haj period. Many tourists visit each others' religious places just out of curiosity, sightseeing or knowledge and in my opinion wherever they go they should respect the importance of the place from the point of veiw of the believers in that place.

The fuss is about what they teach and how do they behave.
They teach that God is so merciful, so merciful, so so so merciful, that it can wash away the sins of biggest of biggest sinners.
And how did they behave is --- that the God get dirty when some Dalit/lower caste person enters the temples.
Now tell me if god can't protect himself/herself from getting dirty how can it remove my sins. The fuss is about the hypocrisy which these people show in what they teach and what they do.

That being so, why preach to Hindus alone, if you dare not preach to muslims and xians?

Right. Moreover, they are nowhere demanding entry into temples as right.

I have already mentioned that there is no concept of God in Hinduism, if you read the philosophy you will know that. The only person who can come close to Jesus in Hindu pantheon is "Shirdi Sai Baba" and Hindu philosophy anywhere doesn't mention the idea of sin anywhere in its core scriptures as Sin is defined by the morals of a particular place and no moral is considered universally correct. So, your assumption that Hindu (so called) gods are merciful doesn't hold any water.

I personally don't endorse the discrimination and the need of the day for certain Hindu temples are reforms that suit present social sensitivities. Usually one can see this kind of discrimination only in the village temples but not in devastanams.

As i already mentioned there is no concept of sin in Hindu scriptures and for the matter (i think) Sikh scriptures. There is some thing called "karma" mentioned in Hindu philosophy and why can't you look out for it.

Correct, Sanatan Dharma doesnt believe in Sin and the philosophy is based on Karma.

No hand wasc raised against them. In fact they were not even touched. In fact they were objected to by the people. Priests only enforced the rules and hade them escorted out. No case against them was filed.

If you talk of a crime, then it could be taken as an attempt to desecrate a place of worship. Then you could argue the constitutional validity of that part of IPC.

Lower caste Hindus are HINDUS. There rights are different from those of non Hindus in this regard.
