Three among eight members of SIMI who were killed in an alleged encounter by Madhya Pradesh police after they escaped from Bhopal Central Jail yesterday were the suspects in a 2014 bomb blast case.

Ahmed Ramzan Khan, Zakir Hussain alias Sadiq and Shaikh Mehboob alias Guddu alias Ismail who were killed in the encounter were wanted in a case related to the low-intensity blast on July 10, 2014 in the parking lot of Faraskhana police station here in which five people were injured.

The famous Dagdusheth Halwai Ganesh temple is adjacent to this spot.

Two other suspects in this case — Mohammad Aizazuddin and Mohammad Aslam — were killed in an encounter in Telangana last year.

An officer of Anti-Terrorism Squad which is probing the blast case said it was trying to get custody of the three SIMI members, but could not get it as the accused were facing several cases in Madhya Pradesh itself.

“With all five suspects, including the three who were killed on Monday, now killed in encounters, the case is likely to be closed,” said the ATS officer.

Had we got the custody of these three, we would have been able to establish the local links of these suspects. However, now that all three suspects are dead, it seems the case might be closed,” he said.

I think they are asking some legitimate question ( I will ignore their intention for now) There are some real questions to be answered, While I agree that these guys were terrorists and they were under trials for various terror related crimes, let us look at the basic questions which could be asked in this case......

    1) How did they manage to escape a jail which has 36 ft high
    2) Where did they get the weapons (As alleged) from?
    3) In a jail a warden's throat is slit, and no one came to know?
    4) Bed sheets are not provided by the jail authorities, and how did they get this so called bedsheets?
    5) CCTV cams were not working why
    6) How did they manage to cross the electrified wires on top the wall?
    Now on encounter...
    1) were these 8 guys carrying weapons as alleged?
    2) have heard eye witness speaking of firing from their side, but could not be seen in the realeased videos
    3) Why was the police firing at them when they were lying in the floor?
    4) Was there an attempt to capture them alive, or the order was to kill them?

End of the day it was local police at work, and all of us know how our state police operates and their professionalism,

    Now you have 2 options

    1) Call me an anti national
    2) Look at the questions raised

I am OK with the raised questions and should be answered for sure but what i find amusing is the sudden trust of Liberals in our judicial system ( which of course expose their hypocrisy ) saying " slain SIMI activists were under trials and not convicted by the Courts " while accusing our prime minister for godhra riots who is given a clean chit by the same courts.

    thats why i said . . " Burn is real " !!!

whats up with this victim-hood thing man ?

u raised the valid question . . . .thats it . . . . why u have to do this emotional atyachar on us ?

    If encounter, then false,Extra Judicial
    If trial, then unfair/one sided
If sentenced by court, call it Judicial killing, cry about capital punishment.

The playbook for these people is very simple, distort, shift goal posts, over exaggerate.

Lol..... Not victim hood, but these days raising questions is a crime .......

I agree that there is a communal and political angle is been given in these cases..... It could be seen in the statements and discussions in the channels. .. The way this issue is handled is to be questioned, and police should be held responsible for this goof up.....

Fake or not this encounter will be a big issue during the upcoming UP elections. It will be exploited for political gains by the SP, BSP, Congress and laalu nitish combo.

Bro, Just imagine that you want to do a jail break. Now go ahead and make a complete plan based on what all will you need to survive after you have successfully escaped. What all will you need to avoid being picked up by local people etc and all your questions will be answered. If you can't figure it out, I will tell you and you will see that all your questions are actually pretty wrong.

'Kill Them All': Bhopal Encounter Audio Recording Provides a Chilling Account

Bhopal: Three days after two mobile phone videos challenged Madhya Pradesh police's version that eight fugitive SIMI suspects were killed in an encounter, a newly circulated audio recording has raised further doubts.

The audio recording, purportedly from the police control room, suggests that police personnel on the field were under orders from their superiors to shoot to kill all eight of the SIMI suspects.

"The boss is saying kill them all," a voice could be heard saying in the audio recording. Minutes later, apparently after all the suspects had been gunned down, a voice could be heard gloating, "The game is over, the eight are dead now."

The eight undertrials escaped from the Bhopal Central Jail before Monday dawn by scaling the 32-feet high boundary wall using bedsheets knotted together as a ladder. Hours later they were killed in an encounter with police in a forest land near Acharpura village on the outskirts of Bhopal.

Below is a full transcript of the chilling conversation between police officials on the field (OOF) and Control Room (CR).

Listen: Bhopal Encounter - Audio Clip 1

Listen: Bhopal Encounter - Audio Clip 2

CNN-News18 could not immediately verify the authenticity of the audio clipping.

Officials on the field (OOF): Are the five running together?

Control Room (CR): Yes, they are running together.

OOF: Bilkul peechhe nahi hanta hai. Gher ke poora kar do kaam tamam (Do not move back, surround them and kill everyone).

    CR: Are they also firing?

OOF: Yes, they are also firing,

CR: surround them and fire back. If they fire we have to fire back. Take your positions in such a way that there is no cross-firing.

OOF: Chouhan Sahab paanch mar gaye hain, paanch ko goli lag gayi hai (Chouhan sir, five of them have been hit by bullets. They are dead now.)

CR: Koi baat nahi nahi hai, shaabaash, hum pahoch rahe hain (Chouhan: No worries, congratulations. We are reaching there.)

OOF: We have surrounded them from the hillock.

CR: Very good. Are all five dead?

OOF: Yes, all of them are dead.

CR: Good. Go for the remaining three as well. Kill them (Abuses).

OOF: Send 2 to 3 ambulances here.

CR: Don’t worry, we have already sent for the ambulances. Just kill them. Agar nahi mar rahe hain toh maar daalo (Abuses). (Just kill them)

OOF: Saab is saying kill all of them. (Boss is saying to kill them all)

CR: Five people are already dead, just ensure all of them got killed.

OOF: Seth pe toh aisi adhikari honi chahiye yaar. (We should really have a boss like this)

CR: People will remember Bhopal police for the next 10 years to come now.

OOF: They are saying to keep at least one of them alive, what if we kill all?

CR: No, no. They are firing also... (Disturbance) ... we can say we found weapons.

OOF: Sir, we have killed all the eight.

CR: (Police officials applaud in unison) Yeahhh !!!

OOF: DSP Crime has just informed all eight are dead. Big achievement. Congratulations.

OOF: We have surrounded them. They are lying here in the middle.

    CR: (Laughter)

OOF: Jo baaki force pahoch rahi hai unko upar aane ki zarurat nahi hai, bata do agar kuchh aur farzi operation karana padhey toh. (All the forces who are reaching now they don’t have to reach here at the top if we have to carry out any more forged operation)

CR: Now, I will watch the news, media would not have reached the scene by now, I am sure.

CR: Media ka dam nahi hai, jab mar jayenge, le ayenge tab media aaegi (Media doesn't have the power. Media will reach the spot after we bring their bodies)

CR: We are reaching, don’t worry.

CR: The game is over now, the game is over, all the eight are dead now (abuses).

In films when the hero kills bad guys, we all clap and when it happens in real, why must we raise questions? What ever be the case, I am happy that these guys are dead, they deserved it long back and they asked for it themselves.

Chouhan orders judicial probe into jailbreak, 'encounter'

It will be conducted by retired High Court Judge Justice S K Pandey, an official release said.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has ordered a judicial probe into the jailbreak by eight Students' Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) activists from Bhopal and their alleged encounter killings.

The probe will be conducted by retired High Court Judge Justice S K Pandey, an official release said.

“Justice Pandey will probe all aspects related to how SIMI activists escaped from the high security jail and the encounter that took place after that,” it said.

A PIL was was filed in the Madhya Pradesh High Court, demanding judicial probe into the incident.

The jailbreak took place in the intervening night of October 30-31 and the eight undertrials were killed by the police in an alleged encounter on the outskirts of the city on October 31.

The SIMI activists escaped after killing head constable Ramashankar Yadav.

Since the ''encounter'' took place, conflicting versions from the police and the State Home Minister surfaced, leading to allegations that it might be fake.

A controversy also raged over the police action, after TV channels showed footage purportedly from the encounter site in which a policeman is seen pumping bullets into a man from close range after some unidentified person takes out what appears to be a knife said to be in a plastic cover and places it back.
